Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Roovi Home. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery of the last item in your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please log in to your account at account.roovihome.com and submit a return request. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, please contact us and we will arrange a solution at no cost to you.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, the order will have entered processing and cannot be cancelled.
