At Roovi Home, we ship from local fulfillment centers in Thailand, Malaysia, and South Korea to ensure faster delivery and a better experience for our customers across the region.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Origins & Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Free shipping promotions may be available — please check our current offers at checkout.

Customs & Import Duties For orders shipped internationally, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. Roovi Home is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging in to your account at account.roovihome.com.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
